In this workshop, we will take everything learned in the first session to the next level, diving into the fast steps of the FCBD®Style vocabulary. Here, musicality, coordination, and rhythm take center stage. The fun of dancing to fast-paced music becomes a unique experience where energy and control come together in every movement.
We will explore the dynamics and precision of the fast steps, learning to maintain fluidity and connection with the music while synchronizing our movements with speed and rhythm. Each fast step is an opportunity to challenge our coordination, improve agility, and, most importantly, enjoy the excitement that the music brings. We will work on achieving clean and precise execution while letting ourselves be carried away by the energy of the music.
