Lisa Allred

Lisa Allred is an international instructor and performer from Cary, North Carolina, USA. Lisa teaches and performs group improvisation with her international troupe, Red Sage Collective. Lisa is best known for the FCBD with Baskets dialect that she helped create with Dawn Ruckert and their former troupe, Dayanisma.  Lisa also teaches FCBD with Veil (a dialect created by her twin sister, Terri Allred), with LEDfans, and with fire.  In addition to FCBDstyle, Lisa teaches and performs two types of fusion group improvisation.  Lisa is also a psychotherapist and offers a variety of workshops that combine psychology and dance on topics such as stage presence, motivation, synchronicity, creativity within structure, conflict management, managing troupes, and more!
