This workshop is designed for intermediate FCBD-style dancers, with or without previous basket experience.

First, Lisa will review FCBD movements that require little or no modification when adapted to her basket dialect, allowing you to begin dancing with a basket right away. Next, we will learn movements that follow specific rules unique to this basket dialect, focusing on balance, safety, and clarity.

If time permits, we will also explore additional steps beyond these guidelines, offering more creative options for advanced dancers.
