Finger cymbals or Zils really are ‘instrumental’ to FCBD® style adding an aural dimension for the audience to enjoy.
Starting with the basic patterns used in fast dancing, techniques to help dexterity and drills to co-ordinate hands and feet we’ll move on to zilling with slow dancing too.
In this workshop you’ll learn to absobloodylutely love your zils. We’ll explore the different rhythms, find out how to use them, when and when not to zil plus we’ll get creative with some riffing.
