The frame drum is the first drum that ever existed in human history, and the first human drummers were women! In ancient times, women would dance, sing and drum for multiple occasions, for that reason it only makes sense to me, to add the drum to FCBD® Style. Gudrun’s Movement Dialect with the Frame Drum is deeply rooted in FCBD® Style, the vocabulary and esthetics. This workshop is an introduction to slow and fast step variations.
