FCBD® with an Edge – Single Sword

In this workshop we will cover all slow vocabulary content from the ATS® With An Edge DVD as well as added embellishments for smooth and flowing performance results. We will cover proper angles, head alignment matching the slow FCBD® vocabulary as intended. We will focus positions and transitions in the Arm, Free, Balanced positions and something new, Hand-guard manipulation for blender and military flip exchanges. If time permits, to spice things up, we will dance fast vocabulary in balanced.
